Before, I (their trapper and foster mom) start their bio as it is long. I want to tell you, Bubba and Baby Girl, need a somewhat quiet home and human's that have the time and patience to work with them. So, they can continue to grow into the fun-loving kittens they are becoming. They will need to be kept in a bathroom size room until they get used to you.
The reason they are a bonded pair is Bubba is Baby Girl's comfort companion.
On June 11, 2026, Bubba and Baby Girl went from stray street kittens to loved indoor kittens. And they weren't happy about it. They were trapped along with their mom and siblings. You may be wondering how/why they are 2 different ages. Well, their mom for whatever reason "kitten napped" the kittens from several different litters. All that matters is she was the best mommy to all of them.
Friskies Lickable push up treats became their foster mom's best friend and they will become yours. (btw they are the cheapest at Sam's Club online) Even though Baby Girl is the shyest out of the 2, she was the bravest little 3 week old, that was the first to come up to me for a lick of the push up.
They were separated from their mom and moved into the living room, into their 3 story cage in September. That's when they were introduced to the resident dogs and adult cats. They do fine with all of them, because the resident pets are nice to them and give them their space. So, if you have pets in the home, PLEASE do very slow introductions after they get used to you.
As for their personalities, I'm sure they will be hissy at first. They have never bit or swatted at anyone, only hissed. Bubba's name used to be Sir Hiss A-Lot. As for now, he purrs nonstop. While, in his cage he gives his foster mom nose bops and kisses. While loose in the house, Bubba will jump up in the chair with you and check you out.
Baby Girl, purrs when she is allowing pets and neck scratches while in her cage. When loose, she plays more rather than hiding under the couch.
At night when it's time to lock them up, they both come running when called and hear their push-ups slapped together. They hold onto your hand when you are feeding them their yummies. it is so cute!
In their cage they love sleeping in their cat hammock and in their bed that has a heating pad on low under it.
They are both litter boxed trained.
They have been free fed Science Diet dry kitten food and Purina One dry kitten food. They get their Friskies Lickable push up treats morning and night. They also, get Temptations treats.
If you have any questions, you can ask Shawna in the foster dept for my email. It will be enclosed in their goody bag.
