Polar is an all-around sweetheart! He greets everyone he meets with full body wiggles. Polar can move fast when greeting other dogs, but he still has a gentleness about him and is ready to play. This smarty pants knows Sit and Down and LOVES to play with toys. He will do well with continued rewards-based training in his new home to help him continue to learn his skills and manners. Polar is content to take a nice nap after having fun with his human. Polar is currently heartworm positive and is undergoing treatment here at Gigi's. Gigi's covers the full cost of treatment provided the dog returns to Gigi's for their follow-up care which they'll need to do twice post-adoption. Don't let this worry you, dogs are able to enjoy everyday things with some activity restrictions in place during treatment and after treatment go on to live normal, happy lives.
Polar is approximately 4 years old and currently weighs 62 pounds.
