Say Hello to Benny!
Benny is 4 years old and has spent over a year at the shelter-that's a quarter of his life. Originally found as a stray, he's more than ready to find a place (and people) to finally call his own.
This handsome, stocky boy is the definition of a lovable "big lug"-all muscle, all heart, and absolutely no awareness of personal space. Benny may be strong, but don't let that fool you-his true superpower is melting into a puddle the moment you start scratching his belly.
What makes Benny extra special?
It's hard to pick just one thing-his soulful brown eyes, his extra-soft coat, and that big, beautiful, boxy head are all pretty irresistible. He takes treats incredibly gently and strikes that perfect balance between play and relaxation-happy to run around and have fun, then just as content to stretch out on the floor for a good snooze.
Benny rides nicely in the car, is patient while getting leashed, and already knows "sit" and "down" (especially if snacks are involved!).
Because he prefers to soak up all the attention himself, Benny would do best as the only pet in the home.
