Cal is a 1-year-old heeler mix who came into the shelter with another dog. Much like other heelers, he's wicked smart. He's a typical working dog puppy where he will need daily mental stimulation such as doing enrichment activities, playing with people or other dogs, and going on walks where he can sniff and explore. He might even like having a job to do (Maybe he can help you shred boxes for recycling?). Cal listens well to corrections and commands and would do wonderfully with training to establish good habits.
