Frank was picked up as a stray in Syracuse and weighs about 55 pounds. Frank is a calm, polite gentleman who doubles as a great walking buddy and footwarmer. This senior just wants to spend time with people and enjoy the sunshine. He's old enough to know that taking treats gently is the preferred way of doing it and that pulling on his leash doesn't get him to his destination any faster (except maybe if there's a really good smell there). He quickly claimed the heart of his foster, but she knows his forever family is out there and will love him as much if not more than she does already.
