Hi, my name is Panda! I am PHS's resident gentle giant. I am truly all bark. Don't let my deep voice scare you away, I am just trying to tell you I want some attention. My favorite thing to do is greet staff and volunteers by giving them a hug, laying my head in their hand, and giving kisses. I love to play, with people and dogs.
