Introducing Polka,
A shy little dude who enjoys his space. Polka came in as a stray, we do not know his history; but we do know he's very shut down in a shelter environment. He's looking for a calm yet confident person to continue working with him, helping him build his own confidence! Someone who will advocate for his space and let him take in the world at his own pace! It's unknown how Polka does with cats, here at KVHS he he seemed comfortable around them! He's asking for a home with dog-savvy cats (Cats who are used to living with dogs) and calm dogs. If the dog is up in his face/ space, he wants NO part of them! He enjoys coexisting around them and sniffing over playing! As for children, due to his scare behaviors/ nervousness of new people; he's looking for a home with children OVER the age of 18!
