This little guy is a Buddy! He is a shy but very sweet 6-year-old chihuahua that recently made his way to TAPS. He has been a little unsure in the shelter, but warms up with some soft words and a little patience. Sadly, he tested positive for heartworms and would love a foster or foster-to-adopt home to go through treatment and recovery.
