Sugar Pie went into foster today. She did great with fellow foster LeRoy and the 2 resident dogs, she does need other pets to be mellow around her as she isn't interested in play so puppies/younger high energy dogs are not a good fit. She had a bath that she did great and allowed some very novice trimming to her cute little fur. She looks better and feels better. She is just an absolute sweetheart, likes to investigate, but also likes to find her place on the couch right next to you. Naps are her favorite pastime, she is 13! Sugar Pie is using the stairs to get up on the couch and loves the fenced in yard. A fenced in yard is preferred and definitely someone that will take her on short walks her in the nicer weather. She needs to go out several times a day. She is looking for a quiet home to rest and relax. She is a 13 year old Bichon Frise that came to us from the Humane Society of Fulton County. Since arriving here at TAPS Sugar has melted the hearts of all the staff. She is more mellow and likes to lay around as she is a senior dog but she does also enjoy a nice walk where she can lead the way. If you are interested in Sugar Pie, apply at tapsshelter.org
