Meet Anise!
It takes an extraordinary spirit to survive unimaginable circumstances, and Anise is one of those extraordinary souls.
When Anise first arrived at Stafford back in October, she was completely shut down. She was very shy and frightened of people. Since then, she has made incredible progress, learning that the world isn't as scary as she once believed. Every small step she takes is a huge victory, and we're so proud of how far she's come.
Anise feels most confident with other dogs and will need a home with a canine companion to help her continue building her confidence. She's looking for a calm, patient family who will let her settle in at her own pace, without expecting too much too soon.
Anise's journey is just beginning. If you think you could be the forever family she's been waiting for, please call the shelter at (406) 222-2111 to schedule an appointment to meet this incredible girl.
