It takes an extraordinary spirit to survive unimaginable circumstances, and Willow is one of those extraordinary souls.
Over the past eight months at Stafford, Willow has made incredible progress. She arrived at the shelter shy, fearful, and unsure of people. Through patience, love, and consistency, she's blossomed into a dog who enjoys spending time with our staff and is happily learning that the world isn't so scary. She can be on a leash and is learning more each day to walk with it on.
Willow truly thrives with canine companionship and will need a home with another dog to help her continue building her confidence.
Her journey isn't over yet-she's looking for a patient, understanding family willing to let her move at her own pace and celebrate every milestone along the way.
