It takes an extraordinary spirit to survive unimaginable circumstances, and Aspen is one of those extraordinary souls.
Aspen came to Stafford back in October of 2025 as just a puppy, and when she arrived at the shelter she was completely shutdown. Through patience, love, and consistency, she's starting to learn the world and people aren't so scary.
Aspen loves playing games for treats and enjoys spending time in playgroups with her best friend, Anise. While she's made wonderful progress, she still has a long journey ahead. Aspen isn't comfortable with human touch or wearing a collar just yet, so she'll need a patient, understanding family willing to let her move at her own pace.
Aspen truly thrives with canine companionship and will need a home with another confident dog to help her continue building her confidence.
