Sometimes the sweetest little kittens arrive in the most unexpected ways! This adorable little girl was found on Village Lane at approximately 4 weeks old, with no mom or siblings nearby. Thankfully, a kind-hearted person spotted her and brought her safely to us - using the best thing he had available at the time... a trash can!
And just like that, her name was born! With her cute little tabby markings and her very unique "chariot" ride into the shelter, Raccoon became the perfect name for this tiny survivor.
Raccoon is a super sweet girl who is currently growing big and strong in a loving foster home until she is ready to find her forever family. She is getting all the care, love, and attention she needs during this important stage of kittenhood.
Before heading home, Raccoon will be spayed, microchipped, and up to date on age-appropriate vaccines. This little girl has already had quite the adventure - now she's just waiting for the next chapter: a forever home filled with love!
