Hi there, I'm Moon!
I'm a 2-year-old all-black cat, named after the quiet beauty of the night sky, which is pretty fitting if you ask me. I've got a calm, gentle spirit and a heart full of love, but I take my time getting comfortable. New places and people can be a little overwhelming at first, so I'll need a patient friend who'll let me settle in at my own pace.
I've been declawed (not my choice, and not recommended), so I'll need to stay indoors where it's safe. Because of that, I rely on my environment to feel secure, and I'll be happiest in a calm, predictable home where I can build my confidence over time.
Once I feel safe, you'll get to see my sweet and affectionate side! Quiet head bumps, slow blinks, soft purrs, and maybe a cozy nap near you while you read or watch TV. I'm not a wild kitten anymore; I'm more into peaceful company and quiet moments.
I've lived with other cats before, and with proper, slow introductions, I'd likely do just fine with a friendly feline roommate. As for dogs, I'm not sure yet, so that would need some care and consideration.
