Chester is a sweet, young yellow lab who has been dealt an unfortunate hand...or paw... in life. This handsome fellow has pretty yucky hips and will eventually need surgery on both hips in his future. He also has congenital deformities in his front legs which make him look like a yellow lab with the front legs of a basset hound.
