Gumby is a sweet, friendly young dog with an endearing personality and an adorable little tongue that always seems to be sticking out. At just 1 year old, he's still gaining confidence and learning about the world around him.
He was a little timid when it came time to leash him, but overall was easy to handle and walked nicely without much pulling. He showed some excitement while out and about but remained manageable on leash.
Gumby showed some interest in toys, though he didn't seem quite sure how to engage with them yet. He may benefit from continued enrichment and play sessions to help build his confidence and discover what kinds of toys he enjoys most.
He allowed full-body handling without issue and was simply a little shy about all the attention. Gumby does not appear to know any commands at this time, but he is food motivated and eager to learn. He can be a little sharky when taking treats, especially when excited, but responds well to gentle guidance.
