Dog Date Diaries: Indigo's Adventure! ??
This weekend, Indigo got a much-deserved break from the shelter for a fun dog date-and she had the best time!
Her foster friends took her on a hike through Rentschler Forest and treated her to a vanilla Frosty at Wendy's. Indigo was full of energy on the trail, curious about everything, and even tried to chase a squirrel or two. ??? She walked nicely on leash, met another couple along the way, and was friendly and sweet with everyone she met.
In the car, she proved she's a true lap dog at heart-snuggling right up and wanting to be close. She loved all the pets and cuddles, took French fries very gently, and while she wasn't too interested in treats or her Frosty, she still soaked up every bit of the experience.
Indigo is a very sweet, affectionate girl with so much love to give. She may not know any commands yet, but her good behavior and friendly nature speak volumes. ??
