Truly the Belle of the ball, Ms Corsican 1 - known to her foster family as Belle - is a beautiful lady who's looking for her furrever home. She loves treats and bell ball toys, and she loves sitting in a sunbeam and looking gorgeous the whole time.
This shy lady isn't the most comfortable with pets, but if you're looking for a companion who will sit and look pretty while you relax in the room, you've found your way to the right pet profile! Belle's not much of a cuddler, so don't expect a lap cat out of this lady, but if you build up trust just right, she may allow a few pets on her own terms.
She has lived with other cats and with respectful children and has done well with them, but would definitely benefit from a quiet home and a nice slow acclimation period to let her settle in comfortably in a space of her own. Her litter box habits have also been impeccable.
Belle came to us through no fault of her own, along with a few other cats from the same home. Now, she's the only one of her former family left in our care, and she's still searching for that purrfect home!
MVP Up to Bat! I'm a BARCS MVP! Please contact our Cat Foster team at catfosters@barcs.org to connect with my foster family, and get to know me better! I can't wait to meet you.
Every animal deserves a home run! BARCS MVPs are overlooked pets in the shelter. Thanks to the generous support of the Alonso, Basallo, and Bradish Baltimore Orioles families, all MVP animals have waived adoption fees AND will go home with a brand new leash and collar or cat carrier.
