Meet Quark! This distinguished senior gentleman is a true connoisseur of calm living, an in-office mood booster, and a professional lovebug! Quark is 10 years old, 49 lbs, and a complete lovebug. Described as affectionate, gentle, easygoing, and smart, he came to BARCS after being found in need of shelter and care. Whether he's leisurely strolling or hanging out in his office, Quark's easygoing charm and smile-inducing affection win over everyone he meets. Morning Routine
Mornings start slowly for Quark, just the way he likes it. After a gentle wake-up and some cozy pets (which he'll nudge you for if you stop too soon), he heads out for a leisurely stroll. Every scent along the way gets a thoughtful sniff, as Quark believes there's no reason to rush through life's little joys.
Midday in the Office
Back inside, Quark settles into his office, holding court with his calm, easygoing presence. He's known to charm everyone who passes by. His role? Chief Mood Booster. With his calm, endearing charm and sweet nudges for affection, he effortlessly wins over coworkers.
Afternoon Recharge
After greeting his fans and inspecting the day's activities, it's nap time. Curled up close to his people, soaking in the warmth (and maybe a few more pets), Quark recharges for another stroll later on.
Quark is currently relaxing in a temporary foster home, and we're learning all sorts of great things about him! This sweet older guy is completely housebroken, loves his stuffed toys, and is both crate trained and trustworthy when left outside of a crate - a rare combo!
He's easygoing, gentle, and just wants a cozy place to spend his golden years. Whether he's quietly hanging out or carrying around a favorite toy, Quark's mellow personality makes him the perfect low-maintenance companion.
