Meet Tulip 3-affectionately called Tutu by his foster family-a joyful, bouncy pup with a heart full of love and a personality that shines once he feels safe. This sweet boy has been thriving in his foster home, where he's discovering the joys of routine, affection, and adventure. With his gentle spirit and goofy energy, Tutu is the kind of companion who will stick by your side on long walks, keep you entertained with silly antics, and curl up close for a well-earned cuddle session.

Tutu has been loving his daily outings, especially long walks and hikes around Baltimore. He's truly in his element outdoors, exploring the world with curious eyes and a wagging tail. He walks well on a leash and is working hard on staying calm and focused when other dogs pass by. His foster family has been helping him practice disengagement techniques, and he's making steady progress with his reactivity-responding beautifully to calm redirection and growing more confident every day.

At home, Tulip 3 is equal parts playful and affectionate. He gets the zoomies almost every afternoon when his people get home from work, launching into joyful sprints and bouncing through the house like a spring-loaded cartoon character. His acrobatics are impressive (and a little nerve-wracking!), but he always lands with a grin and a sparkle in his eye. After his bursts of energy, he's more than happy to settle in beside you for a nap, a cuddle, or a movie night on the couch.

Tutu is fully house-trained and loves being close to his humans. He has a funny and endearing habit of crawling across the floor like a baby to get just a little closer to you. He enjoys plush toys, a good game of tug-of-war, and quiet moments of connection. While he's not a fan of every dog he meets-especially larger ones-he has shown he can do well with one-on-one introductions and may thrive with a calm, gentle dog sibling. That said, he'd also be perfectly happy soaking up all the love as your one and only pup.

Tulip 3 does best in a home with some structure, gentle guidance, and plenty of opportunities to move his body and engage his mind. He'd be a great fit for a household with older kids who can handle his excitement and join in his daily adventures. While he may be a little shy or unsure at first in new situations, once he warms up, he's deeply loyal, loving, and eager to bond with his people.

This wonderful pup is more than ready to find a forever home that will celebrate his sweet heart, silly nature, and love of life. If you're looking for a loyal companion who will keep you active, make you laugh, and always be ready for a snuggle, Tulip 3 could be your perfect match.
