Meet Roxie - Your One-of-a-Kind, Loveable Companion!
With one ear standing tall and the other flopped down, Roxie's unique look is as charming as her personality! This 52-pound sweetheart is full of love and affection, always ready to be your loyal companion. Roxie is a smart girl who has already mastered the perfect sit, proving she's both intelligent and eager to please. She's treat-motivated and excited to learn new tricks, making training a fun and rewarding experience.
When it's time for a walk, Roxie is easy to leash up and enjoys a calm, leisurely stroll. She's unbothered by other dogs out and about and happily focuses on her human-especially if you make some kissy noises! She has an adorable happy trot and a laid-back demeanor, making her the perfect walking buddy.
Before going into foster, she went on a "dogs day out" adventure to Patapsco with a volunteer, where she had a blast enjoying a tasty pup cup and soaking up all the love. Roxie is not only sweet and affectionate but also knows basic commands, making her an easy and delightful companion.
Now enjoying the comfort of a foster home, Roxie is thriving! She's 100% house-trained and loves cuddling, running, and playing with squeaky toys. She does best when she's near her people and may whine if left out of a room-she just loves being part of the action!
At BARCS, Roxie has met other dog pals and enjoys chase play once she's comfortable. She's selective about her friends but has done well with small dogs at the shelter.
