Meet sweet and handsome Neo! Neo was previously at BARCS as a tiny kitten with my his siblings and is back two years later due to no fault of his own. His favorite activities are birdwatching from the window, chatting with whoever will listen, and playing with a wand toy.
Neo clearly wants love and attention, but is still learning to fully trust humans and accept love! He is a bit skittish, but very gentle. The only time Neo has an attitude is when it's time to get in the carrier! In unique Neo fashion, he loves to approach for pets while his foster mom is laying in bed or sitting on the toilet. He loves being pet when he is the one to initiate, and has especially enjoyed cuddling in bed. Neo's foster mom thinks he would do well with other cats. Neo will make a great addition to a fur-ever home!
