Banana Split is currently enjoying the comforts of a foster home, and her foster can't say enough good things about her-this girl is pure magic. Described as an absolute angel, Banana Split is the perfect blend of playful and peaceful. She loves getting the zoomies out of her system, then curling up for a long nap right at your feet-or better yet, by your side.

She walks beautifully on leash, only tugging a little when her nose picks up something interesting. She's also appeared housebroken, and while she didn't use a crate in her foster home, she was calm, quiet, and content throughout the day.

Banana Split adores attention from people and soaks up affection like sunshine. She met new friends during her foster adventure, including a trip to PetSmart and a pup cup stop, and remained cool, calm, and collected-never barking once, even with other dogs and people around. She's also shown gentle curiosity toward cats and small animals, simply watching them without any fuss.

Her ideal day? A little romp around the yard, maybe some mirror-gazing (yes, she loves her reflection), and then hours of cuddles and companionship. She even found joy in the simple things-like munching on ice cubes!

Banana Split would thrive in a quiet, loving home where she can be close to her people. She's not one for toys, but she is all in on cuddles, naps, and peaceful companionship. Her floppy ears and soulful eyes are just the cherry on top.

Banana Split has met other dogs at the shelter, she can be easily overwhelmed and does best with polite friends. She is eligible to come back to BARCS for social sessions.

If you're looking for a devoted, calm, and affectionate companion, Banana Split might be your perfect match. Please email dogfosters@barcs.org to be connected with her foster family.
