Meet Twinkle!
Twinkle is a sweet 8-year-old girl with a gentle spirit and a growing spark. She arrived at the shelter dehydrated, anemic, and very underweight, but she's been working hard on her recovery and is slowly gaining strength and filling out.
Despite everything she's been through, Twinkle remains soft, loving, and grateful for every bit of care. She still has some healing to do - including a needed dental procedure - so we're looking for a foster-to-adopt home where she can continue her recovery in a calm, supportive environment.
