Toby has been the free-spirited explorer of the duo, happily checking out new spaces and settling in with ease. Joey is still a little timid about leaving his comfort zone, but he closely follows Toby's lead and gains confidence from him. They get along wonderfully and have been gentle, easy companions.
My favorite thing about Toby is how friendly he is, and Joey's sweetest trait is how he watches Toby and mirrors his behavior. Overall, they're settling in well and continue to show calm, affectionate personalities.
Joey and Toby might look like a pair of undercover superheroes... but really, they're just two shy boys trying to figure out this big, noisy world. They came in together, but don't worry - they're not a bonded duo. They're totally cool with going their separate ways to find their perfect homes.
These two are certified pros at hide-and-seek and are hoping for a patient human who won't mind giving them time to warm up. A quiet home, some gentle encouragement, and a comfy hiding spot (or five) will help them feel safe enough to show their sweet sides.
