Hi, I'm Balto.
I was given up by my previous owner, and no one really knows what kind of situation I came from. Since arriving at the shelter, I've shown that I'm a pretty typical husky - independent, a bit aloof, and really smart. I already know how to sit, lie down, and give paw.
I'm a big dog and seem to be a purebred husky. I've done well with the kids I've met here (even little ones!) and I've also gotten along with some of the female dogs at the shelter, so bring your whole family to meet me! I'm not sure how I feel about cats yet.
