Meet Duck!
Don't let the name fool you... this boy is going to be one BIG DUCK! At just 10 months old, Duck is already weighing in at about 86 pounds, and he's still growing! This handsome German Shepherd/Golden Retriever mix is going to be a VERY large boy, but luckily, he's got the brains to go along with all that size!
Duck was surrendered to us when a new two-legged baby joined the family, and his people realized they no longer had enough time to devote to several large dogs. While we know that's a big change for this sweet boy, we're excited to help him find a home where he can continue growing into the amazing dog he's meant to be.
The best part? Duck is one smart cookie! ?? He's almost completely housebroken, does well in a crate, and gets along great with other dogs. He's still a young pup with plenty to learn, and we would love to see him find a family who will keep his mind busy, teach him new things, and help him become the best version of himself!
Duck has so much potential, and at only 10 months old, his story is just getting started. If you've got room in your home and heart for a giant-sized best friend, Duck might just be your guy!
Come meet Duck and give this big boy the fresh start he deserves!
