Stanley is a 9 month old Pointer/Pit mix who came to us due to his owner no longer being able to care for him. Stanley is a bit of a wild child, but we love that about him! Stanley is very excited when meeting new people and does jump on occasion, but once he settles down he is happy to play the part of lap dog and will do anything he can to be close to you. He is learning his leash manners and is very eager to please. Stanley is very food motivated and that will definitely be a key to training with him, he has "sit" mastered wonderfully so far. He seems to be mostly house trained, but does best if he can be let out every few hours. He is very curious of the other dogs and we don't think he would do well with cats. This handsome guy is ready for a forever home with steady guidance and a loving human.
