Aloha, I'm Lima, but you can call me Kea.
I'm a 2 year old female hound mix who is sweet, gentle, and still a little shy as I'm new to the shelter. I love meeting people at my own pace and enjoy gentle pets. I am unsure of the leash and could use a patient adopter to show me the roped but once I feel safe, I love hanging out with friends and other dogs make me feel right at home.
I'm still learning about this new place, and staff are figuring out what kind of home will make me happiest, so I need a patient family who will let me settle in slowly. I can be adopted locally on Kauai or even find a loving family on the mainland. I'm looking for a calm, loving home where I can share some aloha and feel safe while making new memories.
