Meet Sandford, the sweetest guy you'll ever meet! He's a 6-year-old Hound Mix who joined us from Schertz Animal Control at the start of March. When he arrived, our medical team discovered that he had chronic skin inflammation and irritation. Sandford spent some time in our Leeu Naylor Medical building receiving treatment, medication, and lots of TLC. While his skin condition requires special attention, including specific food and ongoing medication, Sandford's sweet nature shines through. He'll need these treatments for life to keep his skin in check, so adopters should work closely with their primary care veterinarian to ensure he stays healthy and comfortable.
