Hi there! My name is Hunter, and I'm a 28-pound Australian Kelpie mix with a BIG personality packed into my little body! I'm a spunky, goofy boy who is always ready for my next adventure, and sitting still for too long just isn't really my style. I have lots and lots of energy, love chasing after toys, and enjoy exploring everything around me. I'm a curious guy who wants to sniff out every corner and see what the world has to offer. Oh, and did I mention that I'm a HUGE foodie? Treats and mealtime are definitely some of my favorite things, so if you're looking for a pup who will be excited to see what's on the menu, I'm your guy! I'm full of love, fun, and personality, and I promise there's never a dull moment when I'm around! I came to the shelter with my buddy Captain, and we sure do enjoy spending time together! While we love each other's company, we can go to separate homes. Because I'm such an active and energetic boy, I'm looking for a family who can keep up with my adventurous spirit and give me plenty of exercise, playtime, and mental stimulation. Think walks, games of fetch, fun toys, and activities that keep my clever Kelpie brain busy! I'll do best with a family who wants a fun-loving companion to include in their daily adventures and who can help me learn good manners while giving me plenty of opportunities to burn off my energy. My adoption fee of $225+tax covers the cost of my care and stay here at the humane society.
All Pennington County residents must also pay an additional $8 licensing fee at time of adoption.
