Hi, I'm Ghost, a handsome 31-pound Border Collie with a big personality waiting to shine! I can be pretty shy at first, and when I'm unsure, I may need you to get down to my level and give me a little time to feel comfortable. But once I come out of my shell, you'll discover the sweetest, most outgoing boy! I absolutely love playing with toys and think pretty much every moment of the day is the perfect time to play. I'm still learning my manners, and sometimes my excitement gets the best of me-I love jumping up to get attention and show you just how happy I am to see you. I'm definitely full of typical puppy energy and curiosity, even though I'm growing into a handsome young boy! I'm looking for an active forever family who will keep both my body and my mind busy. As a Border Collie, I'm smart, energetic, and happiest when I have plenty of exercise, playtime, and mental stimulation. Without enough to do, I could get bored and find my own ways to entertain myself, so an active family ready for adventures and training would be perfect for me. I'm also a very enthusiastic eater and tend to gobble my food down, so a slow feeder would be a great addition to my routine. I may need a little patience and guidance as I learn, but underneath all that puppy energy is a loving, playful boy who is just waiting for his forever family to give him a chance.
My adoption fee of $225+tax covers the cost of my care and stay here at the humane society.
All Pennington County residents must also pay an additional $8 licensing fee at time of adoption.
