Hi, I'm Benji, 55-pound German Shepherd, and I'm one sweet, silly boy with a BIG personality! I'm full of puppy energy, always excited about what's happening around me, and absolutely LOVE my toys. I'm a very curious guy, so when I get into a new room, I have to sniff every inch and investigate everything I can find! I'm a little derpy sometimes, and my attention span can be pretty short because there's just SO much to see and do. I have all the typical puppy enthusiasm and energy, which means I can get a little carried away and could definitely use some help working on my manners. But underneath all my goofy antics, I'm a very sweet boy who is excited to make friends and discover the world around me! Since I'm still a young pup growing into my big personality, I'm looking for an active family who is ready to help me learn, grow, and become the best boy I can be! I would benefit from basic obedience training, consistent guidance, and plenty of positive reinforcement to help me learn good manners and focus my busy brain. With my size and energy level, I would do best in a home with plenty of room to move around rather than an apartment. I'll need lots of playtime, exercise, toys, and fun activities to keep my body moving and my mind busy. I'm ready for a family who will embrace my goofy personality, be patient with my puppy antics, and help me learn everything I need to know as I grow up. My adoption fee of $300+tax covers the cost of my care and stay here at the humane society.
All Pennington County residents must also pay an additional $8 licensing fee at time of adoption.
