Hi there, I'm Quazie - a 37-pound Terrier mix with a big personality packed into a wiggly body! I'm what you might call a goofy gentleman. I love to wander around with my nose glued to the ground, investigating every leaf, rock, and mysterious scent I can find. New people can make me pause for a moment because I like to figure things out at my own pace, so I might seem a little independent at first. Fast movements or loud noises can startle me and make me hop back like a cartoon character, but once I realize everything is okay, I go right back to my important business of exploring. Outside time is my favorite - give me fresh air and a yard and I'll happily patrol it like a curious little detective. When I feel safe and playful, that's when the real me comes out... zoomies activated! I can turn into a spinning, bouncing tornado of happiness in seconds, and I'd love someone who laughs at my silliness. I'm a very sweet boy who just needs a patient home willing to help me build confidence, practice my manners, and gently introduce me to the world so it feels less scary. With kindness and consistency, I'll blossom into a loyal companion who sticks close once I trust you. My adoption fee of $225+tax covers the cost of my care and stay here at the humane society.
All Pennington County residents must also pay an additional $8 licensing fee at time of adoption.
