Hi, I'm Luna! I'm a 46-pound Terrier mix with a gentle heart and a personality that just needs a little time to shine. When we first meet, I can be a bit timid, especially in new environments, and I might seem independent at first while I take everything in. I do tend to warm up faster to women, and once I realize I'm safe, I start to relax pretty quickly. The fastest way to win me over? Food! I absolutely love treats, and they help me feel comfortable and confident much faster. Once I'm feeling at home, my true self comes out - and that's when the fun begins! I'm playful, spunky, and full of happy energy. If you hype me up, I'll hop, zoom, and show off my silly side in no time. I love being outside, zooming around, and exploring all the interesting smells and sights around me. Underneath my shy first impression, I'm a very sweet and loving girl who's always ready for playtime, adventures, and making memories with my person.
My adoption fee of $225+tax covers the cost of my care and stay here at the humane society.
All Pennington County residents must also pay an additional $8 licensing fee at time of adoption.
