Hi there, I'm Bebe - a 69-pound Boxer mix with a big ol' goofy smile and an even bigger love for the outdoors! Seriously, if I had it my way, I'd be outside all day long soaking up the sunshine, sniffing every blade of grass, and exploring like the little adventurer I am. When it's time to come back inside, though... well, let's just say I've got my own ideas about that. I'll drop low, roll over onto my back, and give my best "please don't make me go in" whine. It's not me being naughty - I just feel most at peace when I've got space to roam. Small, enclosed places make me nervous, and I may not thrive in an apartment for that reason. I'm a wiggly, zoomie-loving girl who needs room to breathe and a yard to play in! When it comes to new people, I like to take my time. I can be shy and cautious at first. But if you let me come to you on my terms, I promise I'll show you just how loving and affectionate I really am. I'll army crawl right into your heart, snuggle into your lap like a giant baby, and melt for belly rubs. I might seem a bit independent at first, but that's just my nerves talking - this shelter life has me a little on edge. With a patient, understanding family, I know I'll blossom into the best snuggle buddy and outdoor adventure partner you could ask for. Let's go explore the world together - and then maybe share some couch cuddles too.
My adoption fee of $225+tax covers the cost of my care and stay here at the humane society.
All Pennington County residents must also pay an additional $8 licensing fee at time of adoption.
