Hi there! My name is Piper, and I'm a 45-pound Labrador mix puppy with a heart as big as my love for cuddles. I'm a sweet and affectionate girl, but I can get a little nervous in new places-it just takes me a little time to feel comfortable. In my previous home, I was wonderful with kids, though I can't live with cats. I'm already kennel trained and housebroken (yay!), but like any puppy, I've still got a love for chewing, so I'll need plenty of toys and distractions. One of my favorite things is crawling into your lap for full-body rubs or burying my head in your lap for extra pets. When I'm all done exploring, I'll happily sit by your feet to soak up your company. I'll thrive in an active home that can take me on lots of fun adventures, help me build my confidence, and provide me with mental stimulation and extra socialization to help me shine. My adoption fee of $300+tax covers the cost of my care and stay here at the humane society.
All Pennington County residents must also pay an additional $8 licensing fee at time of adoption.
