Hi there, I'm Pupasauris! I may be a 53-pound terrier and husky mix, but underneath my tough exterior, I'm just a big softie who's a little overwhelmed by this busy shelter environment. I get really nervous and tend to tuck myself into corners when I'm scared, so I'll need some patience as I settle into my new home. I'm also a bit anxious when left alone, so I'd really appreciate someone who's home often to help me feel safe-and I might even need some meds to help with my nerves. Once I start feeling more secure, I'm an active, playful buddy who'd love a home with lots of outings and adventures (exercise really helps me manage my anxiety!). I got along well with the other dogs in my previous home, but I'm not too fond of cats. Once I've adjusted, I'll be your best cuddle buddy, and I promise I'll be worth the wait!
My adoption fee of $225+tax covers the cost of my care and stay here at the humane society.
All Pennington County residents must also pay an additional $8 licensing fee at time of adoption.
