Hi there! I'm Athena, a lively 42-pound Terrier mix with a heart full of love and a playful spirit. Meeting new people is one of my favorite things, and I can't help but show my excitement with lots of tail wags and happy jumps. I know I need to work on my manners, especially when it comes to jumping up on people, but I'm just so eager to make friends! I'm very food motivated, so treats are definitely the way to my heart and will be super helpful for my training. I promise, with a little patience and a lot of snacks, I'll be the best-behaved pup you've ever met! I've got a ton of energy, and I love getting the zoomies when I feel that extra burst of joy. Whether it's a game of fetch, a long walk, or a fun hike, I'm ready to be your perfect playmate and adventure buddy. I'm still young and full of life, so I need plenty of exercise to keep me busy and healthy. Adopting me means a 13+ year commitment along with all the training I require to help me be the very best dog possible!
My adoption fee of $225+tax covers the cost of my care and stay here at the humane society.
All Pennington County residents must also pay an additional $8 licensing fee at time of adoption.
