Hi! My name is Zoltar, and I'm a lively 50-pound Australian Shepherd mix. I'm super sweet and friendly, and I absolutely love playtime. Playing keep-away with toys is one of my favorite games, and I always like to be up and doing something fun. I have a lot of energy, but once I've had my exercise and playtime, I'm pretty good about laying down and just hanging out. I do have a few manners to work on, like jumping up on people when I first meet them-I'm just so excited! Because of my high energy and playful nature, it might be best if I'm not in a home with small kids, as I tend to play too rough and can get a little nippy when I'm overly excited. Adopting me means a 12+ year commitment along with all the training I require to help me be the very best dog possible!
My adoption fee of $225+tax covers the cost of my care and stay here at the humane society.
All Pennington County residents must also pay an additional $8 licensing fee at time of adoption.
