Meet Togo, a handsome young adult Husky with tons of potential and a heart just waiting to blossom! Togo came from a difficult situation with ten other Huskies, and because he had limited opportunities to socialize, he is still learning that people can be kind and trustworthy. He can be a little skittish at first, but he is making progress every day as he spends time with our caring staff and volunteers.
Togo is learning to walk on a leash and is working hard on his house skills as he adjusts to his new world. He will need a patient, understanding adopter who can give him the time and encouragement he needs to build confidence. With gentle guidance, consistency, and plenty of love, Togo has all the potential to become a wonderful and loyal companion. He is microchipped and will be neutered in the coming days. Togo is looking for that special person who will believe in him, help him discover the joys of being a beloved family member, and give him the happy future he deserves!
If you are interested in adopting, please come prepared -- bring a photo ID, proof of address, everyone resident in the home and if adopting a dog any other dog resident in the home along with their vaccination history. We are open daily from 10:30 - 5:30, no appointment is required.
