Geoffery is a handsome, unhandled stallion with a kind eye, a sharp mind, and a future full of potential. He came to us through a recent cruelty seizure and is currently recovering from a healing wound on his right hock - an old injury sustained before rescue.
Although Geoffery has had very little safe handling in his life, he is now beginning to learn the basics and is in the early stages of halter training. He's observant, smart, and thoughtful - watching closely, taking in his surroundings, and starting to understand that people can be kind. While still green, Geoffery is curious, quick to learn, and shows a quiet willingness that makes him a strong candidate for someone experienced in starting young horses.
Geoffery will be gelded prior to adoption and is available to an experienced home that can continue his training and support his progress. With time, patience, and consistency, Geoffery has the potential to become a wonderful riding partner.
