Penny came to All 4 Paws from a breeding kennel after she was no longer wanted for breeding purposes. Sweet Penny just wants to be loved. She isn't quite sure about her new life as a pet, but after living in a kennel, it's a huge step up. A home with a quiet environment and patient people will help her adjust and get comfortable. She has never lived in a house, so training and manners are a work in progress. Penny will relax and settle in near her foster mom on the couch, though she often chooses to be on her own, watching what is going on around her. Being in the company of other small dogs is comforting for Penny as she has always lived with other dogs. We will be looking for a forever home for her with resident dogs to learn from. Cats are okay in her book too. In the right home, we have no doubt Penny will thrive, she just needs a chance!
