Parker is a sweet, easygoing boy who is happiest when he's with his people. Whether he's snuggling on the couch, sleeping beside his favorite person, or lounging like the couch potato he truly is, Parker soaks up every bit of love he can get. He enjoys playing with his dog friends and entertaining himself with toys, but he doesn't have a ton of energy and is always ready for a good nap. He's great with other dogs, especially the ladies, and would do best with older children as he continues learning his manners. Parker is doing wonderfully with house training, is crate trained, and is perfectly content relaxing in his crate while his family is away. Found as a stray covered in fleas and clearly on his own for quite some time, Parker has never looked back. We believe he was hit by a car while living on the streets, leaving him with an old, healed fracture that makes one of his back legs a little shorter. It doesn't slow him down in the slightest, and his resilient spirit is just one more reason to fall in love with this grateful, affectionate boy. Please help us find Parker the forever home he so desperately deserves!
