This handsome herding breed mix spent quite some time running loose around the county. He avoided people, traps and every attempt to catch him. He was surviving on his own...until one day, something changed.
Buster decided he was ready to trust.
He walked right up to a kind stranger and hopped into their truck-as if to say, Please help me.
And now, Buster is learning that maybe the world isn't so scary after all.
He's slowly warming up to new people, but Buster isn't the dog who will immediately greet everyone with a wagging tail. And that's okay. He needs someone who understands that trust takes time.
Once Buster bonds with his person, though? He bonds deeply. He loves cuddles, toys, and yummy treats!
