Latte is a 2-year-old Lab/Retriever mix with the energy of a girl on espresso! She's an outgoing, happy pup who absolutely loves people and has a blast running and playing with other dogs outside.
Latte came to us as a pregnant mama and did a wonderful job caring for her puppies. She was later adopted, but unfortunately returned-not because of her sweet nature, but because of her impressive athletic ability! Latte can easily clear a 4-foot fence and would take herself on little adventures to the local school to visit the kids. With their age and lifestyle, her previous adopters just couldn't keep up with her enthusiasm and speed. Because of this, Latte will require a secure 6-foot fence in her forever home.
At the rescue, Latte has shown what a good girl she is-she keeps her kennel clean and has a friendly, loving demeanor. She is still working on her leash manners, as she gets very excited on walks, but she's eager to learn and has so much potential with continued training.
