Meet Wallace! This handsome 7-year-old cat is young at heart. He enjoys playing, loves to cuddle, and is simply a happy cat overall. Wallace arrived at the shelter as a stray in September 2025. He had thinning fur and was underweight, necessitating a vet visit. During that examination, it was discovered that he had treatable Thyroid disease. Since receiving treatment, Wallace has undergone a remarkable transformation! He has gained weight, his coat has fully recovered, and he now presents as a vibrant and healthy feline companion.
Currently Wallace is taking pill form for his medication to help with his Thyroid. Ongoing treatment for him would be his yearly vet visit to check how the thyroid is doing.
Visit Wallace in the Tan Room during open hours Monday-Friday 12pm-5pm, Saturday 11am-4pm
