My name is Maggie I'm a 5 year old Australian Shepherd mix with beautiful blue eyes and I live at Lakeland Animal Shelter. I was found as a stray in June 2025 and I have been here ever since.
It is really nice here, I get plenty of playtime and people take great care of me! But I would really love to have a home of my own. So my friends told me to write a letter to you and tell you my Christmas wish.
All I want for Christmas is nice home where people will take care of me and play with me and brush out my beautiful fur, and give me a few treats every now and then... well maybe everyday! I'm not really a fan of cats, and I do better with older kids.
I've been doing really well on my walks and with meeting new people. I've also started playing with toys and playing fetch, I didn't know how much fun it is! I done really well in my new kennel area. And everyone tells me how proud they are of me.
So thanks for reading my letter Santa, if you can help me and my friends find our furever homes that would be great!
