Meet Roscoe,
This sweet boy really blossoms when he is around his people. He loves saying hi to people on his walks. He is opening up as he is learning his new environment. He loves treats and takes them gently. He loves squeaky toys and playing with his people. His favorite thing to do is bask in the sun and cuddle with his people.
Stop by the shelter any day between 12-6:30pm to meet him!
