Sweet Laverne is a senior who came from a home with multiple cats. She was pregnant when she arrived and went to a foster home where her kittens were born. She was a good mom to them - her kittens have all been adopted. We cannot imagine how many litters Laverne has had in her lifetime. This will be her last. She is a sweet, shy lady who must be tired! She recently had her remaining teeth removed and is in much better spirits.
She must have been in pain. Now she is so cute as her tongue hangs out! Laverne likes to be pet when she gets to know you. She is FIV+ - which means she has a weakened immune system and can still have a long life. After taking care of kittens all her life, Laverne would love to be spoiled and pampered in a quiet home for her golden years!.
